Yes, it's 5am, and yes I'm working. But it doesn't mean I can't take a few minutes to post a funny link I found. Have a website you've always wanted to destroy? Maybe you want to see what happens when a cow leaves a "present" on Hilary's face. Now you too can have a little fun at Net Disaster. Check it out and have a blast.

Harold and Kumar 2

Harold and Kumar are back, and this time instead of trying to make it to White Castle, they're trying to escape from Guantanamo Bay. Neil Patrick Harris is back too, and if you've seen "How I Met Your Mother...", you know what a comical genius he is. Can't wait to see this one, maybe it'll release on 04/20. LOL

Art of the saber
This film is absolutely fantastic. The monologue is from an actual Civil War love letter from 1861...and if you know anything about me, you know I am a Civil War buff. Enjoy and pass it on!!

Slave
I'm nothing but a slave to your will...
causing me pain from your false heart...
I am bound to your tether like a slave's shackles
You tie me to your world, and I resist...in vain.
Holding me down, your overwhelming presence smothers me.
Everyone sees you, and sees your destructive will.
But yet I give in...accepting your abusiveness...
and then I feel it...like a knife through my heart
and my spirit shatters a little bit more.
as I concede to your will like an obedient servant.
...I hate my cell phone! :)

LEGEND HAS IT
“Back in 1835, when Halley’s Comet was overhead, same night those men died at the Alamo, they said Samuel Colt made a gun. A special gun. He made it for a hunter, a man like us- only on horseback. Story goes, he only made 13 bullets. This hunter used the gun a half dozen times before he disappeared- the gun along with him… They say this gun can kill anything.”

Well never made it to Wisconsin last month..but I'm off again this month for Cache II training. Can't wait, so I can get my certification.
Tuesday, May 16, 2006
Well, back to Wisconsin tomorrow for more training on Thursday and Friday. This time I'll be learning Chronicles, which is one of the core applications we use in our every-day job. I hope to get to see a little bit more of Madison now that I'm a little more familar with it. Trust me, getting lost at 12:30am and not being sure where you are is no picnic. Keep posted for more.

On my way back to California from Wisconsin, and through the magic of time-shifting and the Internet..I can write this blog entry and it'll be posted when I find an Internet Connection.
We flew into Cincinatti, Ohio...which was interesting because we had to exit the plane onto the tarmack, rather than a skyway. I hate those small commuter planes. Looking out the window, the night sky flying between Cincinatti and San Francisco is exceedingly beautiful. We were chasing the Sun earlier as it raced away on it's trip with destiny to the horizon. I can see the moon chasing us from the rear, and the bright moonlight shining on the cloud cover looks as through we are flying over a vast, beautiful sea. I can see the flashing of the plane's foglights as we fly through the atmosphere, the twinkle of city lights down below emerging from the night fog. It looks so peaceful from 30,000 feet. The plane is bouncing mildly violently from the turbulance and the captain turns on the fasten seat-belts sign and we start to begin our descent. I can't wait to sleep in my own bed tonight. I miss my puppy dogs and I cant wait for them to shower me with loves. On goes the seatbelt as I look out the window one more time before putting my tray table away. The vision of thousands of lights illuminating the darkness below. It'll be good to be home, until the next time...
Greetings from Wisconsin. I'm in Madison this week at training for Epic Systems. We use Epic extensively at Kaiser Permanente (incidentally, that's where I work) so I'm here this week in training for AMR Ambulatory Fundamentals and Cachè. Madison is a beautiful town, home of the University of Wisconsin, so lots and lots of cute college girls! hehe. Oh and I can't forget the obligatory "GO BADGERS!!" lol. Then of course, there's the CHEESE!! Hehe. I plan on writing more as my travels take me to such exciting places as....who knows! Cya on the flip side.

I LOVE great Music, and I've found the BEST Radio station ANYWHERE. It can't be found on AM, FM or even XM-Radio. It can only be found at Live365.com..it's Mescino Radio, the best music, playing breaking artists and new tunes that can't be heard anywhere else. Online for 5+ years, this guy deserves to be on broadcast radio cause it's just the best music station ANYWHERE! Check out the stream HERE!!

If you're anything like me, you LOVE great food. Well there's an amazing restaurant in the San Francisco neightborhood of Hayes Valley called SuppenKuche, which serves fantastic German Cuisine. Loosely translated, the name means "soup kitchen", but believe me when I tell you, this place is no run-of-the-mill restaurant. Serving fine German Beers and Wine, it's definitely a place you have to stop and check out. Be nice though, don't want the soup nazi to come after you! NO SOUP FOR YOU!
